2. Eligibility & User Affirmations

Age Requirements

You must be 18+ to use this Service, or 13-17 with parental consent. Users under 13 are prohibited.

Image Ownership

By uploading an image, you affirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and have consent from any depicted individuals.

Content Restrictions

Uploaded images must NOT contain:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Content depicting minors inappropriately
• Violent or disturbing imagery
• Hateful or discriminatory content
• Illegal content

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use this Service for:

• Creating deceptive deepfakes
• Harassment or intimidation
• Impersonation or fraud
• Political disinformation
• Any illegal purpose

3. Service Disclaimers

• Results are experimental - AI-generated content may have artifacts or imperfections
• No quality guarantees - Results depend on input image quality
• Service availability not guaranteed - May be subject to maintenance or discontinuation
• We may refuse service - At our sole discretion

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original uploaded photos
• You grant us license to process images through our AI systems
• Upon payment, you own the generated widget content
• The platform, algorithms, and embed code remain our property

5. Payment Terms

• Price: $2.99 USD per widget (subject to change)
• Payments processed securely via Stripe
• All sales are final - Non-refundable once processing begins

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We are not liable for:

• AI output quality or accuracy
• Misuse of generated content
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless facefollow.me from any claims arising from your use of the Service, uploaded content, or violation of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase, Stripe, Replicate AI, and OpenAI. Your use is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All widgets generated by this Service are created using artificial intelligence. Generated content should be treated as AI-modified imagery.
